Find the narrowest part, just above the navel.

Measuring your hips

Wrap around the widest part of your hips.

Keep the tape parallel to the ground, slightly loose.

Don't pull tight — measure where you naturally bend.

Stand with feet together for an accurate read.

From the edge of one shoulder bone to the other across the back.
